Make sure you have your order number, billing zip, and email used to place the order, as you'll need those to initiate your exchange or return. If you don’t know your order number, customers can usually locate it by searching for “Confirmation For Order” in their inbox or by looking for "Allbirds Order" number on the shipping label (it usually starts with 64).
For NZ and Australia orders, please use the provided return self-addressed label on top of the box and follow the directions to send your shoes back to us. We will issue a refund as soon as they are checked into our warehouse, and you can order the new pair online, at any point in the process.
