Receive free Standard Shipping within the following countries - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden on any purchases. See Order Processing Times and Shipping Restrictions below for additional information.

Shipping Options

We offer both standard and express shipping. There will be a charge for express shipping.

  • We do not deliver on weekends and holidays
  • Additional shipping time may be needed for rural areas

Order Processing Times

Standard — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12:00 CET will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our 12:00 CET cut-off time will be processed the following business day. If an order is placed after 12:00 CET on a Friday, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Express Shipping — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12:00 pm CET will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our 12:00 CET cut-off time will be processed the following business day. If an order is placed after 12:00 CET on a Friday, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authorization. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Restrictions

Rural Postal Codes : If you reside in a rural postal code or remote location considered a "beyond point," we can reach your destination through both Standard and Express shipping. However, our delivery estimates for some postal codes vary, so please allow additional time for orders shipped to remote areas.

At this time we are unable to offer delivery to Islands and territories outside of the Europen mainland of the following countries - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Customer Care (help@allbirds.eu) for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history once you've created an account. Just log into your account using your e-mail , then click on your order number in your order history.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your shoes arrive damaged, please accept the delivery and email our Customer Experience team at help@allbirds.eu so we can assist you with your order.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
